HVEC encoder / AMD

Hello,
a question about the HVEC/X265 encoder. I have an amd radeon pro vega 20 card which supports x265 encoding.
In OBS 28.0.3 (Win10, up-to-date driver) I don't see the x265/HVEC encoder. Why ?
I have to check the box "Show all codecs (EVEN IF POTENTIALLY INCOMPATIBLE)" (Ouput / Recording)
Normal ?

x265 is a software encoder that uses CPU resources.
On AMD graphics cards (In OBS), the encoder is called AMD HW H.265/HEVC.

You need to install a driver version not lower than AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 22.3.1

Don't try to find it with ffmpeg, it's for pros. Use advanced settings.
