When I first installed it was working great. But, when I went into any of the settings OBS goes crazy. I was unable to undo what happens. So, I would uninstall then reinstall OBS. Thinking it must have been a change I had made. I am using a desktop Windows 10 OS with two monitors. I will try to attach a screenshot of what happens.

well that just looks weird. Lets try something. Hopefully you do not have a bunch of filters set up. If you do please go through the settings per source and note the settings for each filter. What I am about to recommend is pretty easy BUT IT WILL WIPE 100% of your OBS settings i.e. a clean slate withuout haveing to re-install the application.

OBS must not be running.
"Show hidden files, folders and drives" must be turned on in the folder options.
Go to the following directory.
C:\Users\<your_user_name>\AppData\Roaming
Find the directory named obs-studio. Delete it or rename it to obs-studio-old.
Launch OBS.
