Question / Help Huge Mic Delay While Streaming

So I have been streaming and recently got a new microphone, over the last week I have had massive mic delay over stream of at least 30 seconds and don't know why, any help would be appreciated.

Just tried re-installing OBS and the same thing is happening, a good 30 second delay between me talking and the audio coming through the stream.

Fixed the issue, a noise gate had been added to the mic and was causing the delay on stream.
