huge lag when launching obs

i been using obs for 2 years at least for streaming wise and recording wise, and never came across this issue, recently when i launch obs, it would cause huge lag to the point where my pc is super slow and its unusable , the only way to get obs working is to restart my pc and itll run fine, until the next day when i want to use obs again , i tried to uninstall obs and reinstalling it, a few times already, but it still does the same thing.. i will attach obs log.

little tip dont use more than one gamecapture per scene make scenes per game and let the scene change when you start the game with advanced scene switcher

would it fail to get audio monitor device because my headset is wireless and wasnt turned on when i start up obs? idk if that would be a cause because it wasnt before.

try use voicemeter so everytime oyou have an audio device in obs

but you have many filter in the scenes try to make a new scene change to it stop Exit OBS and start it again is the problem the same ?
