Bug Report Huge lag spikes every time I move in-game

Hello there! I recently downloaded and started using OBS.
However, the stream gets lagspikes every time I move, and I have no idea how to fix it or what's causing it,
Here's what I've done so far:
* Put high priority on OBS.exe in the task manager
* Played around with the encoding settings, nothing seems to work though!
* Picked server according to ping, was using Frankfurt, but using Netherlands now.
* Resized to 1240x720 and running 60fps.
* Changed quality to 7.

Here's the logs:

And here's a Speedtest image:

It's not as obvious on VOD's as in the actual streams, so I guess it's some kind of encoding/communication problems.
Here's a VOD of 3min whatsoever:

All help will be highly appreciated!

Hey, stop by chat sometime to try out a new test version that's meant to address this issue.

Ok, so Krazy helped me out downloading the 64bit version of the new testversion.
However, when I try to preview the stream it says:
"Was unable to load all image sources due to either invalid settings or missing plugins".
I'm using the exact same scene as before with Game Capture on World of Warcraft 64bit.

Does anyone have any clues what this is and how to solve it?

Thanks in advance
