Question / Help Huge FPS Problems

Hello everyone, I hope I'm allowed to ask for this.
When I'm trying to stream I lose an extreme amount of fps and It's really unplayable whatever game I play.
Could anyone please help me setup obs correctly or recommend me some settnings for my computer?
I'm mainly looking to be able to stream 720p 30fps without to much struggles.

Hi! Please post a log. Also, generally the auto-config wizard provides a decent baseline for settings.
