Question / Help HUGE FPS drop while recording

So i recently got back into OBS, i used it in my old Laptop and run smooth Full HD 60fps recording, now when i try to record in my new one i get like 60-70 fps drop, from 120fps to almost 30-40fps, can someone help? I'll put some log files included, i've tried some thing with the configurations but can't seem to get any difference.

Running NVENC while OBS is running on your Intel GPU will not perform too great. Try using game capture and running OBS on your NVIDIA GPU.

Depending on your Windows version and what sources you wish to use, you may need to set OBS to run on a specific GPU. Not sure which Windows version you have? Press Windows+R and run "winver". For Windows 10 1909 or newer: Open Settings and search for "Graphics Settings". Select "Classic App"...

THANK YOU VERY MUCH, you just saved my life,i've looked everywhere for the solution and in 1 go you just solved the 2 problems i had namely "FPS Drop" and "BlackScreen when capturing", i cannot thank you enough!
