HUGE Dropped Frames with 5G Internet

I have problem with Streaming on OBS
My Internet is 5G which obviously means the speed is high
so when i stream i get high dropped frames like around %45
- Output Specs -
Encoder Nvidia
Bitrate 2900
648p30

PC specs:
i7 6700k
16 GB RAM
GTX 1660 SUPER

Mobile connections are generally not suitable for streaming, use a wired ethernet connection.
 
If the modem connects via ethernet that doesn't change the fact it's still using a mobile data connection. Mobile connections are just not as stable as wired connections.
 
That's what i use.. ethernet connection, its not from my mobile
5G Home Internet
5G as is cellular data, right? If yes, don't assume the all important jitter factor is as consistent and stable as needed for livestreaming (bandwidth is only one aspect of the connection that is important)
 
OBS Settings, Advanced, Network, Check boxes "Dynamically change bitrate..." and "Enable network optimizations". This may help.
