Question / Help HUGE dropped frames and low bitrate with Twitch.tv

i stream at 1500 bitrate and before i was able to stream every day with no issues. But this past 3 weeks or so I have been getting HUGE frame drops and low bitrates even tho i have my stream set to 1500

I contacted Twitch about it thinking it was a server issues but they said it wasn't them and told me to contact my ISP or OBS.

Well i can stream to YouTube fine and ustream fine and can stream to Twitch fine with xSplit but it just seems like OBS and Twitch are not getting along.

I use CBR and 2 keyframe aswell.

Any help would be great.

OBS hasn't changed its networking code in a while, so the issue is with your connection to Twitch. Something may have happened with your ISP or network within the last few weeks, or on Twitch's end.

I recommend trying everything in this guide, including trying a different streaming service and checking out ShaperProbe: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=8870
