how you can set MJEPG codec for Razer Ripsaw . I have only one option YUY2.

I am asking for help, I bought a Razer Ripsaw recorder and unfortunately, when I start the image from obs, the computer and the image stutter when I want to change the video format, I only have YUY2. I've seen youtube videos of people converting the video format to MJEPG and I only have YUY2. Can anyone help me?
I have the recorder connected to the ps4, i.e. the HDMI cable from the console to the recorder
My set PC:
Karta graficzna : GEFORCE GTX 1070 8GB
Procesor : Intel Core i7-4790 LGA 1150

Ram : 16 GB

MJPEG is compressed picture, YUY2 is not compressed.
MJPEG used in old version USB 2.0, USB 3.0 have bandwidth for YUY2.
Why you need MJPEG?
