I need to add delay to two separate RTMP streams and I know this can be achieved using the 'video capture device' source. So I would therefore need dxtory or similar to create a virtual camera no?
Video capture device is for physical devices such as webcams and capture cards. DXTory emulates a device to provide capture of games. You probably want to use the video source plugin instead.

My issue with the video source plugin is that I am using three sources that are all our of sync, so I need to delay my stream, and the two streams incoming via RTMP.
