How to use OBS for Transcoding ?

Hello, good afternoon, I am recent in the use of OBS and I want to use my computer to Transcode my videos and send them to Twitch in live streaming mode, so that my viewers have several options for resolutions, and use according to your internet. Could anyone explain to me how to do this?
(Don't worry about my hardware or bandwidth, I just need to know how to configure it)

Transcoding is a Twitch-side option granted as excess transcoding stacks become available, you cannot enable it on your end.
The only way to guarantee transcoding is to become a Twitch Partner.
