Question / Help How to use laptop as 2nd streaming PC?

Greetings fellow OBSer's!

I've seen a lot of people ask this, but so far I've only found one solution, which requires streaming from the gaming BOX (unnecessary CPU load). I need to figure how to stream without impacting my gaming computer's performance & with a laptop that has no capture card.

I don't have the option of using a dedicated 2nd PC with a capture card due to budget restrictions, but really need to keep streaming while I wait if I am to be successful!

QUESTION: What are all the different ways of using a second pc (in my case an Alienware 18 laptop) as a dedicated streaming device that do not involve a dedicated video capture card?
That is I am hoping to find:
  1. A streaming setup/solution which doesn't:
    • negatively impact game performance
    • require a dedicated capture card
    • have low quality
Bonus questions that would also help greatly in solving my problem:

- This is a laymen question so sorry if it rubs anyone the wrong way! I am surprised this isn't already a standard capability, but if anyone out there with a lot of low-level technical knowledge of video cards could answer: why don't standard video-"output" ports also receive input?

Very dependant on specs I would add tbh :)
My laptop has a i7-2630QM I'm able to transcode 720p60 @ 50000kb/s to 720p60 3500kb/s using fast preset using the above nginx solution. CPU spikes 89% in intense scenes and averages around 70% :)
