How to use HEVC for broadcasts?

I want to start live streaming on Twitch, Kick, or YouTube via OBS. However, although Twitch supports it, I can't see the Nvidia NVENC HEVC encoder. My graphics card is a 3080 Ti. Nvidia's website says it's supported.

I've linked Twitch and Kick using a stream key, but some users seem to have added it manually. What should I do to see HEVC in the stream encoder?

I think HEVC on Twitch require you to be affiliate or partner.
Are you one of those?

I also think you need a special version of OBS to make it work on Twitch.
I think HEVC still is in Beta on Twitch
