Hey,
I have been trying to make an overlay with OBS for my stream. But I ran into a major issue; The html/css file doesn't load well in OBS.
What I did:
* I made the html/css file
* Tested if the file works in browsers (it does)
* I add a CLR browser (Sources / add new source / CLR Browser)
* I set the height and width identical to my screen resolution
* I use the questionmark to upload my file
* I use the checkboxes to turn the CLR browser on and off
* Sometimes it displays, sometimes it won't
I am on a windows 10 OS. Any ideas what might be wrong?

It does load sometimes when I select "CLR Browser" under "resources" but it is very inconsistent.
vs
Displaying online websites works very well however.
