how to upload and use docs also looking for spesific type of doc

so i have no idea where to find and upload docks i dont want to end up downloading spywear or somthing like that also im looking for a doc i dont know if theres one out there but i need it to detect copywrited content im not sure if that even possable because that means the dock would have to track your tabs and links in the tabs also it would have to track audio inside games as well, thanks for reading
