Hello

I just installed OBS on a server that run through Ubuntu 18.04

It doesn't work because of the OpenGL version which is 3.1. And OBS need 3.2 at least to work.

The graphic card is Nvidia geforce GT 710 (which work with OpenGL up to the 4.5 version)
I already updated the drivers and the card has the lastest ones.
So when I check the informations with the command glxinfo | grep "OpenGL" , I get this :

OpenGL vendor string: VMware, Inc.
OpenGL renderer string: llvmpipe (LLVM 9.0.0, 256 bits)
OpenGL version string: 3.1 Mesa 19.3.0-devel (git-f83f9d7 2019-09-07 bionic-oibaf-ppa)

I'am struggle for hours with upgrading OpenGL to 3.2 or 3.3 or 4.0 or more but I can't...

Does someone know how to do this and tell me please ?

Thank you very much

So you are running your Linux through a virtual machine - VMware. You will have to check with them, if and how this is possible.
