Question / Help How to turn off audio mic on external USB Webcam?

is there a simple way to config the device so the mic does not even show up? I use 3 web cams and its confusing as HELL with all the Mics showing up under audio

Make sure your webcam is muted in the mixer first (clicking the speaker to turn it into the red X).

Then, right-click on the webcam source, and choose "Hide in mixer".
