Should I use a different program, and , if I do, what programs?Is there a place where I can capture video game footage with OBS or not?PLEASE HELP

OBS can capture Game footage directly, as long as the game runs on the same PC.
A capture card is only needed for consoles. You might wanna read our help file:

If that does not help, please explain with a few more words what you are trying to do!
