Question / Help How to stream with low ping

hello,

I currently got a new pc and plan to stream but I have shitty internet and not sure if it is possible. My upload speed is 0.65 and download speed is like 9.67.

I tried streaming but it put me to 150 ms. Is there a way to reduce that ms without getting better internet?

You need a ton more upload if you want to stream.

at least 2.5Mb/s and preferably 5.0Mb/s+
