I'm getting along great with OBS as far as streaming my games and my own voice but now I'd like to add some music from my music player ( VLC Media player), is there some way that I can setup OBS so that it picks up the music tracks that are playing in VLC media player?
I tried the simplest way of just letting my onboard laptop microphone pick up what was being played through my 7.1 surround sound system but that is far less than optimal for quality of the music.
How do I go about streaming the music from VLC media player through to OBS while I'm streaming a game, and using my headset and mic to get my voice into the stream?
