Question / Help How to stream full screen on twitch when you have a 5:4 monitor? (1280x1024)

Long story short,friend wants to stream csgo and lol full screen on twitch but he has a native resolution 1280x1024 on his monitor,and no matter which settings he chooses(downscaling or not) the end result is a picture shifted to the left and not fullscreen,yes he clicked the "stretch image to fill screen" in OBS

Is it even possible without a 16:9 monitor?
