Question / Help How To Stream Black Ops 3 Good Quality On Twitch With A Elgato HD60?

I've been having many problems when It comes to trying to stream to twitch, I've tried changing the bitrate plenty of times so Im able to stream 1080p 60fps but still getting patches and lag, I would like to find out the best settings for me to use so Im able to stream the perfect gameplay to twitch. My pc specs:

Processor
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz

Video Card
Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600

Video Card #2
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti

RAM
8.0 GB

Operating System
Microsoft Windows 10 (build 10586), 64-bit

My current upload speed averages at 10-12 upload.
