Question / Help How to stop getting drop FPS so i can steam easy

I have a macbook pro ( Mid 2012 ) So i want to steam on my window 8, but i get so much FPS drop that i cant, So tell me please which steening should i use to set it up so i dont get any FPS drop and steam Perfect :), Tell me, Help me or take a screenshot and sent it to me on e-mail removed and it would be great :), My upload speed is 1.00
