Question / Help How to setup

Hello guys, im new to this whole streaming thing and i would like to start streaming but i sure could use some help :)

Some of my friends are streaming and are having alot of fun doing it so thats mainly my reason to start out and i was recommended to start with OBS but they wont help me how to setup and i have no idea what im doing with all the rates
and stuff so i though id post this thread.

My broadband connection is here :

Sry about the pic XD but to the left is my download speed and to the right is the upload speed.


And my computer specs are listed under :


CPU: Intel core i5-4670k 3.40 GHZ

GPU: Asus GeForce GTX 660 Ti OC

RAM: 8Gig

my computer os : Win7 64bit

I mainly want to stream FPS games such as Counter-strike Global Offensive and similar games.

I would appreciate any kind of help and sorry if i posted this thread in the wrong section!

Not to be like a tool or whatever but i find this guide kinda usless to me since im a complete idiot when it comes to rates and stuff :D

UPDATE: ive gotten the stream up (finally) and it kind of gets pixelated in some areas where it tends to be darker and ive read that it might have to do with the : USE CFR thingey, that there was CBR there before in the Advanced menu
