Question / Help how to set up obs

hi i would like to ask how to set up obs on macbook pro.

2.6GHz Quad-core Intel Core
NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2gb
16GB 1600MHz DDR3L SDRAM

Set up for what purpose? Streaming or just locally recording? If streaming, where are you streaming to?

Set up just for streaming on twitch.tv . I try to set up but doesn't work good. My internet is 50 download and 5-6 upload.

Have you tried to follow Twitch's instructions ? OBS-MP's UI is different & you're on Mac but settings almost remains the same.

You also got some tutorials on Youtube like this one.
