Once you install the plugin (only the Windows version has it baked in during install right now), make sure to turn on the camera in OBS (Tools -> Start Virtual Camera). In Zoom, you should also see a camera input called "OBS Virtual Camera."
FWIW... I found that if you're going to be including text/slides in your scenes, you might actually do better with using a windowed projector and screen sharing just that window. I noticed Zoom used a lower resolution (and did some touching up, even when turned off) when doing just my video, but broadcasted at a higher resolution when screen sharing. I was doing some code demos and folks weren't able to read it until I screenshared a projected window. Hope that helps!
