I know that for Streaming CBR is recommended, but I have my reasons to use VBR.
Streaming on Youtube
With Quicksync I can do the following:
Set 50 as minimum and 6000 for maximum.
In x264 I doesn't seem to have that ability:
I tried out if "Bitrate" is max Bitrate, but as soon as I start Streaming it goes to 6000 and stays there on a Static Image.
What am I missing?
