Does what your capturing require display capture rather than game capture?
Display capture requires OBS to run on the Intel GPU, which is weaker than the Nvidia one you have. Also, for high quality local recording using NVENC, you're better off using CQP rate control rather than a flat bitrate-- the rate control means that even when scenes are low detail or low complexity, you're still spending the same number of bits as when there's lots of detail and motion.

The log shows GPU overload but that's not surprising as you're on the Intel GPU.

so i have to use CQP right? im still in doubt everyone can use display capture to get best quality but my result all in low quality of display after recording

You should use CQP because it is recommended for local recording. Otherwise you will get files larger than necessary and no additional quality.

Without a log or any information on what you're capturing I can't say whether you need to do display capture or not, but I do know you are overloading your GPU and that will cause stuttering and poor quality.
