correct me if i miss a step - but if youtube open and stream setup is waiting, and obs is open and all working....in obs go to controls, settings, stream, ensure youtube selected, use stream key advanced, go back to youtube, where stream key is shown click on the eye, you then have ten seconds to hit copy, then paste it in obs in the black space, hit enter, close settings, in controls hit start streaming, will take 10-20 seconds for youtube to start showing the obs scene, once it does top right on youtube will show go live, click on that and it should happen
