How to remove start-up safe mode ?

Hello,

Please help me remove the safe mode on start-up.

What does it mean ? I'm using OBS mainly as a webcam software. When my computer starts every morning, OBS is also starting - Windows 11 Home.
In the evening my PC is turning off automatically and OBS doesn't shut down normally.
In the morning, OBS cannot start because it's prompting an useless question for me, about how to run (safe mode or normally) because it didn't shut down as it wishes.

Is there a way to avoid that useless question ? (start-up command or an option)

If there isn't, can you please let me skip that question about how it should start-up ? Picture attached about what I want to remove.

I cannot delete this, but I found the solution here on forums, creating a batch file with the commands to ignore the safe mode.
