How to remove blackbar/black border in OBS

Hello everyone .

I'm a new user with Elgato HD60s. I need your help and solutions for the problem I'm facing off regarding the blackbar .
For your information, I do streaming on the Facebook and connecting my Elgato HD60s with my iPhone.
In the OBS it will show the blackbar of the game (any kind of game) - refer the attachment OBS
My question is how to remove or get rid the blackbar show in the obs .
Canvas and ratio that I set for 1080p.

That happens with every video source you connect to the Elgato?

A workaround would be dragging the borders with Alt pressed, so instead of resizing the video you "cut" it. Then resize it to fit the screen.
