how to reduce delay on output (ffmpeg with nvenc)

Hi, I'm using nvenc for create a fullhd stream at about 3mbit/s and send it by rtsp to a remote Android TV (running MX player), I've about 6 seconds of lag frm the real time, I don't know if it depends exclusively from the buffering MX player imposing, or maybe there are some parameters I can send to ffmpeg to reduce the lag, does them exist?
