How to record video from online site?

Hey guys, I am trying to record a few clips of video from an online Worship service, I tried just doing a screen capture as I normally would whenever recoding like webinars and that works great. But for whatever reason going the same route, the recorded video is choppy and the audio is not good, anything I can do please? thanks.

Watch the copyright!

If you can get permission, there's a fairly good chance you can get the original file too. That bypasses the entire problem.
