how to record live streams on twitch??

i've just downloaded obs and im left wondering how to do a screen recording of a live stream on twitch? i want to capture the live stream everyday when it goes live till when it ends? it will be around a hour and a half, will this be possible using this software and if so does anyone know how to?

i've downloaded some other software that i've figured out how to use on twitch live streams. but its watermarked and time limited so not ideal. i like this software as its free and not watermarked but its a tad complicated, any help would be super appreciated thanks

obs is the wrong tool for that.
use streamlink with the -o option to output to a file
