So I am trying to record with an Avermedia Live Gamer 4k in 5.1. For OBS, I have done a fresh install, and for audio followed the Wiki. The file created by OBS contains 6 channels, but only sound data on the first two channels (i.e. stereo). With RECentral (the Avermedia software), recording 5.1 works. So it must be some setting in OBS that I am missing. But which one?
As can be seen from the log, it shows that OBS apparently recognizes the GC573 as only having two audio channels:
Where can I change this setting and let OBS know that this capture device supports 6 channels?
