Question / Help How to put delay on Computer Audio.

I stream with an Elgato and because of that I have to put delays on my facecam and voice audio so it all matches but when talking on Skype that doesn't have a delay so in stream my friends tend to answer my questions before I even ask them because I cant add a delay. How can I add a delay on the Computer Audio?
