Can anyone advise how to create and use an overlay for the following purpose. We are broadcasting from a church building and need to ensure at start and end of service as people get up and walk in and out past the camera they are not recognizable on the screen. How can we create an overlay layer to use in OBS Studio to make picture like you are viewing through a frosted bathroom window, Ie see there are people there but not recognise them.

You can use StreamFX to blur.
