Question / Help how to play sound of your desktop in live session ?

so i am totally new at obs so may be there is this feature but i did't found it.

so the issue is that i am to do the live thing but the sound is not coming in live session as i don't have any microphone may be thats why the sound is not coming in the live session.

basically i want to live a video from my computer or video from youtube now sound to me from headphone are coming fine but as its a live session so in live session there is no sound coming ,

i hope you understood what i am trying to say , so is there anything i can do to fix that ? is there any option that obs can take the sound from desktop incoming or something like that ?

In OBS' Settings under Audio
