Question / Help How to pick up the Sound analog from elgato

Hey, following Situation

Only able to get the sound from PS4 analog via aux cable!!!!
plugged it into the Game Capture HD 60 (not S, not S+)
connected game capture card to pc
opened elgato software and made the settings you're seeing in the attached files
opened obs and got no sound, only picture

how to fix that, thanks, pls?

I'd check that your driver is up to date.

I'd also try and see if you can add the Elgato as a separate audio source.

Logfile indicates you are attempting to get audio from the device, but it is responding with 0 channels. Are you certain the Elgato is getting audio from its source? It should be.
