Question / Help How to overlay scene sources?

So I'm planning on streaming some League and I know that whichever source is higher on the list is the one that will show first. I want to make it so that when I tab out of the game, OBS is still focused on the game. Right now, I added a Game Capture to capture LoL PVP which is fullscreen. Now when I tab out, it freezes. Is there a way to make the stream keep running even when I tab out of the game?

The game has to be running in Windowed or Windowed Borderless mode to make it not freeze while tabbed out.
