Question / Help How to output audio to VB-CABLE so it can be picked up by Zoom

Seems like several people have asked a question like this in recent days but I can't find an answer anywhere. I have my audio source working all the way from guitar and mike through Reaper DAW software and broadcast to OBS via ReaStream. OBS shows that it is picking it up in the Audio Output Capture tied to ReaStream -I can see the levels spike when I sing/play. But now what? How to I stream it (or output it if that is a more accurate term) to VB-CABLE?

I'm on a PC with Windows 8.1

I will assume you have the audio also routed to your desktop.
Got to Zoom control screen click the green share, button select advance, an click share computer sound only, click share button at bottom of this window.
