How to output audio as director to the room so everyone can hear it?

I want to send sound effects out of my virtual camera to the group as the director.
Right now, only the video works.
I'm thinking Aux -> 1/4 inch adapter -> Audio encoder -> Usb -> Obs.ninja audio setting,
but that's a lot of wires lying around, and I would rather not do that.
Is there a softer solution? (software) to get this effect?

[Solved] What you'll need is vb-audio (Install here, weird interface, touch nothing), then download Voice Meeter (Install here). Restart your computer. Find your device driver list. Windows: Run -> Control -> Hardware and Sound -> Sound. Then set Voice Meeter to default in Playback tab. Then in Voice Meeter under Hardware out, set A1 to your output device (speakers, headphones, monitors), then set A2 to CABLE Output (VB-Audio). Now when you open up your conferencing software you should be able to set your audio to CABLE Output (VB-Audio) and now they should be able to hear what you're hearing (WARNING: Be aware there are potential feedback issues) . If you want to add a mic simple go to Voice Meeter again and beside Hardware input click "1" and select your microphone driver. It will all sound better with the MME: label (I think it resets to WDM: is there are cable connection issues.)
