Question / Help How to optimize OBS??

Hey guys this is my first post on this Forum and I was looking to start streaming for fun. I would only stream League of Legends for some friends and whoever else wants to watch. I have tried looking on forums to help optimize settings but everyones computer and internet is different. Was wondering if there were any suggestions to get my League of Legends stream to the highest quality possible with my setup. I'm running an Intel I-7 3770k at 3.5Ghz with 16gb RAM 1600 MHz and an NVIDIA GeForce 660 TI Graphics card.

i've got similar specs. i7-3770k @ 4.5ghz, 8gb ram, 7950.

you should be able to run these following settings without an issue
720p @ 3000kbps 45fps w/ preset on medium
if you get an issue with too much cpu usage drop the fps back to 30.
while streaming and gaming watch the cpu load (ctrl + shift + esc), in heated battles or fast paced action you'll want to make sure the cpu isn't jumping above 85% if it briefly hits 87-ish dont worry about it.

Hey thanks a ton Jollyriffic. Changed to those settings and noticed a nice improvement in quality. Has little to no effect on performance either. Really appreciate it :D
