Question / Help How to optimize my livestream for low delay

I know that Twitch has delayed their streaming service for some technical reasons that are out of the streamer's control, but I want to do what I can to optimize my stream for low delay even if it means sacrificing quality.

Other than making sure you're following their broadcast requirements (CBR, 2 second keyframe interval, etc.) there isn't anything you can do, short of using a different service like hitbox.tv.
