Question / Help How to monitor youtube chat while I am streaming

Ii am new to OBS. I had everything setup and went to do my first live stream on youtube and found that my sound was looping over and over. After some googling I found out that it was because I had my live stream open in my brower which wass causing the looping. I had it open so I could monitor the chat. Because I had to close my youtube page, I need to know how I can monitor the chat.? I greatly appreciate the help.

I'd like to know how to do this myself, I have an established YouTube channel and I'm hating the idea that I may have to create a Twitch channel just so I can see my chat while ingame... It's kind of ridiculous that Twitch can do this and YouTube, which has been around far longer, can't...
