How to make the interlocutor on Skype (or in zoom) hear the sound of the media file being played in OBS?

Such a need arises during a live broadcast, but the interlocutor can only see the picture of the virtual camera, and receive sound only from the microphone.
At the same time, for the viewers of the broadcast, the sound is normal. Tried using virtual cables, but connecting them to media sound in OBS is also a problem. Please, help!
