Question / Help How to make Spotify display the song currently playing?

So I am working on setting up a stream for League of Legends, with my Spotify music playing in the background. I captured a sub-region to display the song from Spotify, and it shows up just fine.

Unfortunately, whenever I am in games, etc. and the game is fullscreen, the song doesn't update even when the song changes. I have to re-open Spotify in order for the image to update. Is there anyway to get around this?

Thanks for the response, but that's not what I am asking. Snip is kinda ugly haha.

Look in the bottom left hand corner of spotify. That little box that contains the name of the song and the artist is what I want displayed.

You can sniff out the Albumicon, Albumname and Title.
If you want the whole picture, use screen capture. but that window must be on top of a second screen all the time.

Thanks for the replies everyone, I ended up hooking up a second monitor and capturing from that! Problem solved!
