How to make preview source to have fixed ratio (keep proportions)

Emmm, not sure, I think the answer is NO, I use default plain Windows 10 without extra settings. I deleted old OBS settings and it's fine now. But why I did this is becuase "always keep ratio" for preview source was disabled and didn't work as usual, pity that I have not recorded that behavior
