Question / Help How to make obs recognize my phone?

I have the usb drive part in the computer and the other end connected to my phone but under game captures and under applications it does not wanna show up please any suggestions?

You can't just plug in a phone and see everything that's running on it in a process list. You'd need some kind of remote viewing software, dependent on which kind of phone it is, and set up OBS to capture that program (via a game, window, or cropped monitor capture) once it's configured and working. Which goes entirely out of the scope of OBS support.

So what do i do download a screen recording app on my phone?

No idea; I don't own any Apple products. Google probably would know though!
